- Tips/Service Fee (Min. €5 per person per day for tour guide and €4 per person per day for driver) for Europe tours

Cancellation
- 90% Refund if tour cancelled more than 30 days before tour date
- 75% Refund if cancelled between 16-29 days
- 50% Refund if cancelled between 8-14 days
- No Refund if tour cancelled within 7 days of tour date
- No refund for unused services or hotel accommodation
- We reserve the right to cancel tour and refund payment if number of participants are inadequate to form a group.
