and the better we will be able to design a trip that you will love!   

Prices and availability changes quickly, and no trip is ever guaranteed until a deposit has been made.

We are sometimes able to put vacations on hold, but in order to do so we need your full name as it is written in your passport and your date of birth.  

Terms & Conditions

• It is highly recommended that participants acquire adequate Insurance to cover their life, health and property as per advice of your insurance agent to cover any eventualities associated with your travel including health, accidental injury.
• Sun N Sand Holidays  LLC will not be responsible for any injury, accident, sickness during the tour and will not be liable to pay any cost.
• All tour participants should hold a Valid Passport and Visa for travel. It will be sole responsibility of the tour participants to apply for the Visa with complete set of documents required by the concern Embassy/ Consulate. In the event of the visa application is rejected by the consulate/embassy for any reason, the same shall lead to the forfeiture of booking amount.
• All our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages and service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. All cancellations must be done by E-mail/ Mail. Amount will be refunded as per hotels, airlines, vacations cancellation policy after deduction of service fee and international transaction fee, if any.
• There will be a service fee of USD 100 per person any time cancellation after confirmation of services other than hotels and vacation cancellation policy.

I/We agree that in the event of our cancellation of the tour or we are unable to travel under any circumstances, the booking fee will be non-refundable. On Behalf of the above persons, I /We have read and accepted the booking conditions and agree to comply with the same.
