NASA group tours for students Kennedy Space Center

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex field trip. Launch into a galaxy of fun and learning!

During a field trip, students to come face-to-face with Space Shuttle Atlantis, learn about NASA’s pioneering astronauts in Heroes & Legends featuring the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, explore the Apollo/Saturn V Center and more.

Day 1: Orlando 

Arrive in Orlando International Airport and transfer to hotel. Dinner in the evening and leisure time at the hotel. Stay at overnight (D)

Day 2: Universal Studio 

After breakfast, this morning we depart for Universal Studios Orlando. Universal is home to brand new Harry Potter adventure land. The park is owned by NBC studios and will give you an insight to how movies are made in Hollywood. At Universal Studios you will see rides themed around movies you’ve watched at home such as Shrek, Terminator, Simpson’s and much more. Either Cash Allowance for lunch or Meal voucher will be provided. After a fun filled day, we will proceed to dinner at the restaurant and back to the hotel.  (B, L, D)

Day 3: Space Camp

After an early breakfast checkout of hotel and proceed to Kennedy Space Center. Kennedy Space Center is the only active launch pad in North America. After you are met and introduced to your educators proceed for a full day of activities. Lunch will be provided at the camp. We then proceed for the hotel for some leisure time. You will have some leisure time to enjoy.  Later in the evening dinner at the restaurant and stay overnight.   (B, L, D)

Day 4: Space Camp

Following breakfast this morning we depart for Kennedy Space Center; you will get the opportunity to meet an astronaut today with sometime for question-and-answer session. Lunch today will be provided by the camp and then later proceed back to the hotel. Enjoy some leisure time today followed by a dinner at the Restaurant & Stay Overnight.   (B, L, D)

Day 5: Space Camp Graduation

Check out of hotel this morning following breakfast and proceed to Kennedy Space Center. You did it! You’ve taken your first step forward to becoming an astronaut. After your lunch and Graduation ceremony rest of time at leisure. Later in the evening dinner at the restaurant and stay overnight. (B, L, D)

Day 6: Magic Kingdom Disney 

After breakfast, we will proceed to Magic Kingdom. Magic Kingdom sees nearly 20 million visitors a year; this makes it the most visited park in the world. It was the 1st park opened in Disney world around 40 years ago; today it still holds some of the world’s most thrilling rides. You will have the day to explore Magic Kingdom at your leisure. Packed lunch or voucher will be provided. In the evening after the Fireworks show we proceed to dinner at the restaurant and then back to hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 7: Departure

After breakfast, this morning we depart from MCO Airport to flight to your next destinations!!

  • Arrival/ Departure airport transfer.
  • KSC & theme Parks transfer
  • 6 nights’ accommodation with breakfast.
  • 2 lunch allowance for theme park of $ 20 pp
  • 3 lunches in camp
  • 6 dinners (set menu)
  • Orlando Hotel

Holiday Inn Celebration/ Wyndham Resort Kissimmee or similar

  • 3 days International Camp at KSC (minimum 24 students required)
  • Entrance tickets to Magic Kingdom & Universal Studio with Point-to-point transfer.
  • International airfare
  • Meals except those indicated above
  • Domestic air tickets & baggage charges
  • Porterage, tip to drivers and waiters
  • Personal expense of any nature like, laundry, shopping, incidentals at hotels etc.
  • Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
  • Incidental Charges must be paid by clients


  • There is a mandatory charge of a minimum of $5 per person per day towards driver’s tips to be paid directly to the driver/tour manager on day 1. This cannot be pre-paid.
  • Time wise itinerary is given to make your trip most enjoyable and should be followed religiously.
  • All bookings that are received within 14 days of the tour are subject to $35 per person Service Fee.
  • Size of the vehicle will vary based on the number of pax.
  • The passengers requiring wheelchair assistance should make their own arrangements for the wheelchair and inform us 2 weeks prior.
  • Hotel breakfast is included at the hotel and cannot be packed. Breakfast may not be open if clients have early flights.
  • Surcharges for weekends and convention may apply for any trade fair/special event in city.
  • To ensure highest quality and services, registration form must be completed in full.
  • Child age à 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
  • All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking.
  • Early check in request will be taken on a first come first serve basis however cannot be guaranteed unless prior night has been prepaid.
  • We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standards.
  • No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
  • We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
  • Payment for the tour must be made as per the invoice & payment terms & conditions. 

Payment Terms:

  • 50% deposit to be paid at the time of the booking
  • 50% payment to be made 60 days prior to date of travel
  • Non-refundable registration fee of $50 per person at the time of booking.
