Day 1: Arrival – New York

Hotel: New York Marriott Marquis or similar
Attraction: Times Square
Meals: Dinner

Arrival

  • At baggage claims, call the driver using the number provided on the voucher.
  • The driver will direct you to the designated meeting point for your complimentary airport pick-up.
  • Transfer to the hotel, check in, and settle in.

Evening

  • 7:00 p.m.: Meet the tour manager in the hotel lobby.
  • Short walk to a nearby Indian restaurant for a welcome dinner.
  • After dinner, enjoy Times Square at your own pace.

Overnight: New York City 🌙

Day 2 — New York City Tour & Dinner Cruise
Hotel:
New York Marriott Marquis (or similar)
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Morning

  • Indian breakfast at the restaurant.
  • Guided NYC tour with drive-by/photo stops at: 9/11 Memorial, United Nations HQ, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel (Hudson Yards), Brooklyn Bridge.
  • Lunch: on your own

Afternoon

  • Summit One Vanderbilt for panoramic views and immersive art installations

Evening

  • Hudson River Dinner Cruise with Indian dinner and Bollywood music
  • Night views of the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Manhattan skyline
  • Weather contingency: If weather or unforeseen issues arise, the cruise will be replaced with a visit to the Statue of Liberty

Overnight: New York City 🌙.

Day 3 — New York → Philadelphia → Washington, D.C.

Marriott Tysons Corner (or similar)
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Morning

  • Indian breakfast at the restaurant.
  • Depart New York; outlet shopping stops at The Mills at Jersey Gardens
  • Lunch: on your own

Afternoon

  • Guided city tour of Philadelphia
  • Visit Independence Hall and see the Liberty Bell; drive by Benjamin Franklin Parkway and Elfreth’s Alley, with photo stops at key landmarks.

Evening

  • Continue to Washington, D.C.
  • Indian dinner on arrival, then check in to the hotel.

Overnight: Washington, D.C. 🌙

Day 4 — Washington, D.C. → Harrisburg
Hotel:
Hilton Harrisburg (or similar)
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Morning

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • The People’s House: A White House Experience (interactive exhibits)
  • The guided tour begins with the World War II Memorial and Lincoln Memorial
  • Continue D.C. tour: exterior views/photo stops at the White House and U.S. Capitol Building

Afternoon

  • Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History (gems, fossils, dinosaurs)
  • Lunch: on your own

Evening

  • Scenic drive to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
  • Indian dinner en route or on arrival; check in to the hotel

Overnight: Harrisburg 🌙

Day 5 – Harrisburg → Niagara Falls (Buffalo, NY)
Hotel: Sheraton Niagara Falls, NY (or similar)
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Morning:
 • Breakfast at the hotel.
 • Visit the Pennsylvania State Capitol (grand dome, artwork, historic chambers).
 • Continue to Hershey’s Chocolate World (chocolate-making experience, shopping).
 • Lunch on your own.


Afternoon:
 • Visit the Corning Museum of Glass (stunning glass art, live glassblowing demos).

Evening:
 • Journey onward to Niagara Falls.
 • Indian dinner on arrival.
 • Experience the evening Illumination of Niagara Falls.


Overnight: Niagara Falls 🌙          

Day 6 – Niagara Falls Experience
Hotel: Sheraton Niagara Falls, NY (or similar)
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Morning:

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
     • Maid of the Mist boat tour (up close to Bridal Veil Falls; expect mist).
     • Cave of the Winds (Niagara Gorge descent; Hurricane Deck experience).


Afternoon:
 • Lunch on your own.
 • Free time: explore the area, shop for souvenirs, or try Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino.

Evening:
 • Indian dinner.


Overnight: Niagara Falls 🌙

DAY 7: (B) FLYOUT FROM BUFFALO

    • One carry-on and one checked bag per person (due to coach luggage space)


Key Notes


  • Tour manager details will be provided one week before departure.
    • Check-in at hotels: 4:00 p.m. / Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
    • Porterage/baggage handling not included available at extra cost.
    • U.S. hotel rooms typically have a maximum of two double beds; rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two beds.
    • Water bottles/kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
    • Seating on the coach is first-come, first-served.
    • For groups under 15 passengers, a driver will act as the tour leader, and meals may be plated instead of buffet.

  • Accessibility & Special Assistance
      Tours company is not equipped to provide specialized assistance for guests with mobility or other special needs and cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible facilities or vehicles. Guests requiring such assistance must travel with a companion who can provide support.


  • Personal Belongings
     Guests are responsible for their own valuables, travel documents, and personal belongings. Tours company   is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.


  • Property Damage
     Guests are liable for any damage they cause to hotels, coaches, venues, or other property while on tour.


  • No-Show
     No refunds will be issued for no-shows.


  • Inclusions & Incidentals
     Unless otherwise stated, packages include a hotel room, applicable taxes, and breakfast (if indicated). All incidentals (e.g., room service, minibar, laundry, and any damage charges) are the guest’s responsibility and may be charged to the credit card on file.


  • Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions
     For safety or operational reasons, including weather and traffic, the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond Tours company control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; no monetary compensation will be provided.


  • Optional Excursions
     Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional tours through Tours company. Activities booked independently are outside our scope of service; We assume no responsibility and cannot provide assistance related to third-party arrangements.


  • Coach Breakdowns
     If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.


  • Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure)
     While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered.


  • Limitation of Liability
     To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tours company will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
