Day 1 –: ARRIVAL IN BOZEMAN, MT

Hotel: Hampton Inn & Suites Bozeman/Belgrade Airport or similar

Meals: Dinner

•  Bozeman, Montana – Your gateway to an unforgettable National Parks adventure, arriving at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN).

 Airport Transfer Note

There is no group or individual transfer provided on arrival. After collecting luggage, guests must contact the hotel directly to request the complimentary hotel shuttle, operating daily from 6: 00 AM to 11: 00 PM.

In emergencies, guests can call our operations team to get help regarding shuttles. This applies to all international and domestic arrivals. Check in at the hotel (standard check-in time: 3: 00 PM).

Day 2 – WEST YELLOWSTONE, MT – Yellowstone National Park West 

Hotel: SpringHill Suites Island Park Yellowstone or similar. 

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Morning:

• Breakfast at your accommodation in Island Park or West Yellowstone.
• Enter Yellowstone National Park via the West Entrance.
• A local guide will be provided to lead the tour and show the main points of the park.
• Visit Old Faithful.

Midday:

• Stop at Grand Prismatic Spring.
• Explore the Excelsior Geyser Basin.
• Lunch on your own inside the park — guide will assist in selecting a suitable lunch location.

Afternoon:

• Visit Fountain Paint Pots.

• Return to accommodation for dinner (NO BEVERAGES ARE INCLUDED) 

• and overnight stay

Day 3: WEST YELLOWSTONE, MT- NORTHERN YELLOWSTONE & GRAND CANYON AREA

Northern Yellowstone & Grand Canyon Area 

Morning:

• Breakfast at your accommodation.
• A local guide will be provided to lead the tour and show the main points of the park.
• Visit Mammoth Hot Springs.

Midday:

• Explore the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and Lower Falls.
• Wildlife viewing opportunities.
• Lunch on your own inside the park — guide will assist in selecting a suitable lunch location.

Afternoon:

• Visit Tower Falls.

• Return to accommodation for dinner (NO BEVERAGES ARE INCLUDED) 

•  and overnight stay.

DAY 4 – SALT LAKE CITY, UT – GUIDED CITY TOUR

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

• Morning:
  • Check out your hotel in West Yellowstone and proceed to Salt Lake City.
  • Enjoy the scenic 5 to 5.5-hour drive approx. through beautiful landscapes.
  • Lunch on your own during the drive.
• Afternoon:
  • Arrive in Salt Lake City for a 3-hour guided city tour, exploring key landmarks and attractions.
• Evening:

• Enjoy a delicious Indian dinner at a restaurant. (NO BEVERAGES ARE INCLUDED) 
• Check into your hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 5: SALT LAKE CITY → BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARK → CEDAR CITY

Morning:

• Breakfast at the hotel and check out
• Check out your hotel in Salt Lake City

• Depart for Bryce Canyon National Park (approx. 4.5–5 hours’ drive).
•  Meet your local guide at the park for a scenic tour.  

Midday:

• Visit famous viewpoints such as:
  • Sunrise Point
  • Inspiration Point
  • Bryce Point
• Optional short hike: Navajo Loop or Queen’s Garden Trail.
• Lunch on your own — guide will help recommend dining in or near the park.

Afternoon:

• Enjoy final stops or time at the Bryce Visitor Center.
• Later drive to Cedar City (approx. 1.45 hrs. drive) 

Evening: 

• Dinner at a local restaurant. (NO BEVERAGES ARE INCLUDED) 
• Check in and Overnight stay in Cedar City.
• Note: The guide will adjust the order of Bryce show points based on parking conditions and timing.

DAY 6: CEDAR CITY→ ZION NATIONAL PARK → CEDAR CITY

• Depart for Zion National Park (35 min drive approx.)
• Arrive at the park and meet your local guide for a full day tour of Zion’s key highlights.

Midday – Afternoon:

• Visit iconic sites such as:
  • Zion Canyon Scenic Drive (shuttle access)
  • Riverside walk 
  • Big Bend Viewpoint
  • Weeping Rock or Lower Emerald Pool (as per trail conditions)
• Lunch on your own — your guide will help choose a good local option.
• Late Afternoon – Evening:

• Depart for Cedar City (approx. 1 hour drive). 

• Dinner at a Indian restaurant. (NO BEVERAGES ARE INCLUDED) 

• Overnight stay in Cedar City.

Note: The guide will adjust the order of Zion show points based on park conditions and timing.

Day 7 – FAREWELL – DEPARTURE FROM LAS VEGAS

  • Check out and transfer to Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS) for your flight back home. Please book your flight departing after 4 PM to allow ample time for the drive and airport check-in.

Please Note:
The quoted package includes one group coach airport transfer only at departure. Guests who choose to extend their stay in Las Vegas will be responsible for arranging their own return transportation at airport or at Vegas and airport.
Additional transportation, meals, and attraction entries are not included in the quoted price for Vegas stay. 

If you wish, we can arrange a night’s stay in Las Vegas upon request with add on cost— just let us know.

Cancellation policies are based on departure date and destination/event type.

 More than 45 days prior to departure: 100% refund (minus non-refundable deposit and transaction fees)
 45 to 31 days prior: 50% refund
 30 days or less: No refund

 Payment deadlines may vary by product or destination and will always be clearly stated on the invoice.
In case of discrepancy, the invoice deadline prevails.
