The Canadian Rockies are stunning mountain range that stretches across Alberta and British Columbia, known for their breathtaking landscapes, diverse wildlife, and numerous outdoor recreational opportunities.

DAY 01 – ARRIVAL IN CALGARY 

Arrive at Calgary International Airport, after clearing immigration, and transfer to hotel via Hotel Shuttle. 

Evening proceeds for an orientation tour of Calgary city, visiting popular attractions & landmarks, such as the Fort Calgary(walk around from outside), Calgary Tower(from outside), the Canada Olympic Park, St Stephens Ave Mall, City Hall, Pengrowth Saddle dome Olympic Plaza the site of the 1988 Winter Olympics and much more.

Transfer to dinner and overnight in Calgary hotel. (D)

DAY 02 – BANFF NATIONAL PARK & BANFF GONDOLA 

 

After breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Banff.

On arrival Visit Lake Minnewanka and later explore the Banff sightseeing, the tour includes all the must-see spots around Banff’s most scenic and historically significant highlights such as the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, Bow Falls, Surprise Corner Lookout, and Banff’s largest lake.

You’ll then be transported to the base of Sulphur Mountain and ride the Banff Gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain at 7,486 feet. At the summit, marvel at the unsurpassed view of Banff, the Bow Valley, and a 360-degree view of six scenic mountain ranges. You’ll feel like you’re on top of the world when you are standing on the spacious main-level observation deck.

 DAY 03 – COLUMBIAN ICEFIELD ADVENTURE WITH GLACIER SKYWALK. 

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Jasper via Columbian Icefield. 

Discover Canada’s most scenic mountain roadway, The Icefields Parkway. This is the route to over one hundred visible glaciers, turquoise lakes, and rushing waterfalls. Venture onto the surface of the Athabasca Glacier in a specially designed Ice Explorer for a spectacular Ice Age adventure. 

Climb aboard the Ice Explorer (a six-wheeled behemoth of a vehicle) and drive across the surface of this glittering sheet of ice. These massive vehicles are specially designed to travel across the ice, so you can get up close and personal with this natural wonder.

Then get ready to experience the Columbia Icefield Skywalk. Step out onto a glass-floored observation platform extending 30 meters out over the Sunwapta Valley for an unobstructed view of the surrounding glaciers.

In the evening dinner at a restaurant and overnight in Jasper Hotel.  (B, D) 

 DAY 04 – JASPER – KAMLOOPS 

After breakfast, check out and proceed to visit Jasper National Park. 

The town of Jasper is in the heart of Jasper National Park. The park’s shimmering glaciers, abundant wildlife, crystal-clear lakes, thundering waterfalls, deep canyons and evergreen forest — all surrounded by towering mountains — are some of the reasons the park was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s one of 20 such sites in Canada. At 11,228 square kilometers (4,335 square miles), Jasper National Park is also Canada’s largest park in the Rocky Mountains and the second-largest Dark Sky Preserve in the world.

Later drive towards Kamloops. On arrival have an orientation tour of Kamloops.

Proceed to dinner and then check into the hotel. Overnight at Kamloops Hotel. (B, D)

DAY 05 – KAMLOOPS – WHISTLER – VANCOVUER. 

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to visit Whistler Village. 

Driving from Kamloops to Whistler you’ll spend some of your time on Highway 99. It winds through the mountains and delivers stunning views around every turn. You’ll pass countless Provincial Parks including world-famous hikes that you’ll want to check out.  

Upon arrival, visit Whistler Village. Whistler is a world-class resort that will entertain you all year long. If the stunning natural beauty of Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains isn’t enough to impress you, you are sure to be stopped on your tracks in charming Whistler Village, the heart of the town where only pedestrians are permitted. The streets in the village are lined with art galleries shops, and restaurants for every culinary palette. 

Proceed to Vancouver, and upon arrival proceed to dinner and then check into the hotel. Overnight at Vancouver hotel. (B, D)

DAY 06 – VANCOUVER CITY TOUR AND CAPILANO SUSPENSION BRIDGE. 

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a guided city tour of Vancouver. 

Drive through the cobbled stone streets of historic Gastown and see the vibrant culture of Chinatown. Head into Stanley Park, to visit a series of nine Indigenous Peoples’ Story Poles. Pull out your camera to capture amazing views of the North Shore Mountains, the Lions Gate Bridge, and Burrard Inlet at the highest point in the park, Prospect Point.

Then head to Capilano Suspension Bridge for an exhilarating walk along the cliff-hanging footpaths. Discover one of Vancouver’s most popular tourist attractions, known for its natural beauty, famous bridge, and family-friendly activities. The current bridge is 140 meters long and 70 meters above the river. 

We will drive back to Vancouver.  Upon arrival proceed for dinner at a restaurant. After dinner transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay at Vancouver Hotel.  (B, D)

DAY 07 – DEPARTURE

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out of the hotel before 11 AM and proceed to YVR airport for your flight back home or to your next destination.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • There is a mandatory charge of a minimum of CAD $7 per person per day towards driver’s tips to be paid directly to the driver/tour manager on day 1. This cannot be pre-paid.
  • Time time-wise itinerary is given to make your trip most enjoyable and should be followed religiously.
  • All bookings that are received within 14 days of the tour are subject to a $25 per person Service Fee.
    • The size of the vehicle will vary based on the number of pax. 
    • The passengers requiring wheelchair assistance should make their arrangements for the wheelchair and inform us 2 weeks prior. 
    • Hotel breakfast is included at the hotel and cannot be packed. Breakfast may not be open if clients have early flights/tours.
    • Surcharges for weekends and conventions may apply for any trade fair/special event in the city.
    • To ensure the highest quality and services, the registration form must be completed in full. 
    • Hotels will require your credit card/cash for the security deposit.
    • Child age 🡪 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
    • All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking.
    • Early check-in requests will be taken on a first come first serve basis however cannot be guaranteed unless the prior night has been prepaid. 
    • We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours, and transfer of equal or higher standards.
    • No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in the above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, or sightseeing tours.
    • We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
    • Payment for the tour must be made as per the invoice & payment terms & conditions.

    • 50% deposit to be paid at the time of the booking. 
    • 50% payment to be made 60 days prior to the date of travel. 
    • Refundable registration fee of $50 per person at the time of booking.

  • 59 – 45 days – 25% of tour cost, cancellation fee 
  • 44 -30 days – 75% of tour cost, cancellation fee 
  • 30 days or less – 100% of tour cost, cancellation fee
