Day: 1 – Arrive Vancouver Monday (B)

Welcome to Vancouver!! From colorful downtown neighborhoods to culturally diverse suburbs and mountainside districts,

Vancouver’s scenic location makes it a major tourist destination.

 Many visit to see the city’s gardens, Stanley Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, Van Dusen Botanical Garden and the mountains,

ocean, forest and parklands which surround the city.

  • AIRPORT TRANSFERS ON PRIVATE BASIS FROM VANCOUVER AIRPORT. Our Representative will pick you up from the airport and drop you at the hotel.
  • Please provide flight and contact details one week prior.
  • Check into Hotel Check-in time 3 PM).
  • Room Rate is only included in the package. Breakfast Wherever applicable.

    • Drive towards the city. Orientation tour with Photo stop at few places with colorful neighborhoods of Vancouver.

DAY 2: (B, D) Vancouver – Daytrip to Whistler (Tuesday)

  • ​Drive towards Whistler. Have a quick photo stop at Shannon Falls, a 481-meter-high waterfall. Later proceed to Whistler, a pretty alpine village under the shadow of the Blackcomb Mountains. Whistler needs no introduction. Home to Whistler Blackcomb, North America’s largest ski resort, this year-round mountain playground is glamorous and youthful with an adventurous soul.
  • Free time to explore Whistler Village. Take the Peak 2 Peak Gondola Ride to enjoy the panoramic views of glaciers, extinct volcanoes, and snow-capped mountains. Later drive back to Vancouver. Visit
  • The Capilano Bridge. Appreciate nature from three breathtaking perspectives – Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure, and the exciting new Cliff Walk. The 450 ft (137m) long, 230 ft (70m) high Capilano Suspension Bridge has thrilled visitors since 1889. While the wobbly bridge and stunning location is a Vancouver landmark. End the day with a dinner at Restaurant and overnight stay at the hotel in Vancouver.

 

DAY 3: (B, D) Vancouver to Sun Peaks (Wednesday)

  • After breakfast at the Indian Restaurant proceed towards Flyover Canada – an amazing virtual flight ride in
  • which you will “take off” into a huge domed screen to enjoy a breathtaking flight across Canada’s most spectacular sights
  •  (Please note children must be at least 102cm (40″) tall).
  • Learn more about the city through a guided city tour of Vancouver by an experienced step-on guide covering
  • all the iconic places like Stanley Park, Gastown, Steam clock. From colorful downtown neighborhoods to culturally
  • diverse suburbs and mountainside districts, there’s plenty to explore! After lunch drive towards Kamloops Sun Peaks Grand Resort.
  • Explore the resort on your own. Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight stay at the resort.

 

DAY 4: (B, D) Kamloops to Jasper (Thursday)

Checkout of the hotel after breakfast. Drive towards Jasper. After breakfast at the hotel Depart Sun Peaks for your next destination

(changing time zones) as you travel from Sun Peaks to Jasper today. You will see Mount Robson, the tallest mountain in the

 Canadian Rockies on the way. The Yellowhead Highway continues south along the mighty Thompson River, with spectacular

views of the Monashee Mountains. Dinner at an Indian restaurant and overnight stay at Jasper.

DAY 5: (B, D) Jasper – Banff (Friday)

  • After breakfast at the hotel, your tour of the Canadian Rockies continues with a full-day journey to Banff, a Scenic drive via
  • Icefields Parkway with a stop at Peyto Lake en route to Banff National Park. Quick photo-stop at the Athabasca Falls.

 

  • Drive to the Glacier Discovery Centre along the scenic Icefields Parkway (Hwy 93). You can board an Ice Explorer bus
  • here that will take you onto the Athabasca Glacier, where you can walk on the ice up to 360 m (1,180 ft) thick.
  • Then take the shuttle to the glass-floored Glacier Skywalk, suspended 280 m (919 ft) over the Sunwapta Valley, for stunning
  • aerial views of glittering glaciers and rugged mountain peaks. Dinner at restaurant overnight at the hotel in Canmore

 

DAY 6: (B, D) Banff – Lake Louise- Yoho National Park (Saturday)

After breakfast proceed to lake Louise Yoho National Park which boasts towering rock walls, spectacular waterfalls,

and 28 peaks over 3 000 meters in height. The word “Yoho”

is a Cree expression of awe and wonder. Emerald Lake – Admire incredible views of mountain peaks and wildflowers on an afternoon

stroll around this gem-colored lake. Natural Bridges – Marvel at the force of the Kicking Horse River as it cascades under a naturally

formed stone bridge. Quick stops at various viewpoints like the Continental divide and Meeting of the river viewpoint, Spiral Tunnels.

DAY 7: (B, D) Banff – Calgary (Sunday)

After breakfast drive to Calgary. On the way explore Bow Falls, Banff Gondola Ride. This is a Gondola Ride to the top

of Sulphur Mountain to experience Surprise Corner, and later in the day enjoy the beautiful Lake Minnewanka.

Drive through Calgary town and see all the iconic places like the Calgary Tower, Canada Olympic Park, etc. 

Dinner at Indian restaurant.  Overnight at the hotel in Calgary.

DAY 8: (B) Flight from Calgary to Toronto (Monday)

Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel (check out time is 11 am).
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the Calgary airport.

Packed breakfast option is not available for passengers taking early flight.

Welcome to Toronto!

Passengers will take the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. On arrival, the passengers will be dropped at the hotel.

Check into Hotel (Check in time 3 PM). Meet and greet with tour manager at 6 pm in the hotel lobby.

Your Tour Manager prepares you for your upcoming adventure. Please note that if your flight is coming in late,

you will miss the itinerary scheduled for today and there will not be any refunds.

Enjoy a fabulous Indian Dinner with an array of mouthwatering dishes at an Indian restaurant.

Depart for the guided night tour of Toronto where you’ll enjoy incredible views of the city and harbor. See the city’s most important landmarks,

 explore our favorite hidden corners and hear the stories behind these significant sites. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Enjoy a fabulous Indian Dinner with an array of mouthwatering dishes laid in buffet style at an Indian restaurant.
Depart for the guided night tour of Toronto where you’ll enjoy incredible views of the city and harbor.

Day 9: Trip to Niagara Falls (Tuesday) (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to visit Niagara Falls. Enjoy the visit to a winery at the Niagara by the lake.

We will have a quick photo stop at the famous Floral Clock. Later dinner at Restaurant, visit the Skylon Tower.  

Ride to the top of the Tower to view the entire Niagara Region from 774 feet above ground.  Overnight stay at the hotel in Niagara Falls.

DAY 10: Toronto (Wednesday) (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, board the Niagara Falls sightseeing Hornblower Cruise for a thrilling boat ride to view the falls from river level, you’ll glide along the Niagara River, soaking in stunning views of the surrounding scenery before reaching the iconic falls the experience is enhanced with panoramic views of both the American and Canadian falls, creating a breathtaking backdrop for memorable photos. Guests are provided with ponchos to stay dry while enjoying the awe-inspiring power of nature up close, then visit Journey Behind the Falls is a captivating attraction located at Niagara Falls, offering a unique perspective of one of nature’s most powerful wonders. Visitors descend into a series of tunnels carved into the rock behind the falls, leading to observation platforms that provide stunning views of the rushing water cascading down. Lunch by Own. guided city tour of Toronto, where professional tour guides will introduce you to the city’s historical landmarks, exciting attractions, and beautiful scenery.  Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant before driving back to Toronto for an overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 11: Ottawa (Thursday) (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, checkout, and drive towards Ottawa (about 3 hrs. drive). Enroute we will have a quick stop at The Big Apple the World’s Biggest Apple and Bakery, a Roadside venue featuring counter-serve dining, a country store, mini-golf, and kiddie train rides. On the way stop at Kingston, a Canadian city on Lake Ontario, at the mouth of the Cataraqui and St. Lawrence rivers. It’s known as the “Limestone City” for its grand 19th-century buildings, including the lakeside Kingston City Hall. Free time to explore this town and have lunch on your own. Board the cruise at Rockport to view the spectacular views of the 1000 Islands. Discover and experience the Heart of the 1000 Islands, majestic castles, and whispers of a thousand legends, as you cruise the breathtaking 1000 Islands. After the cruise, drive towards Ottawa. City tour of Ottawa Dinner at an Indian restaurant and overnight stay in Ottawa.

DAY 12: Montreal (Friday) (B, D)

Checkout of the hotel after breakfast.  After lunch, drive towards Montreal. Visit the Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal. This is a beautiful church with a spectacular altar, gorgeous wood carvings, lovely stained glass, an epic-sized pipe organ, and mini altars. This tour is an ideal introduction to the history of Notre-Dame​ ​Parish, the building of the church, key architectural features, and the many works of art that adorn the building. Continuing with the Guided City Tour of Montreal. Experience an overview of Montréal and its historical sites where you will discover all of the characteristics this city has to offer. Our charming tour guide will present you with one of the world’s largest French-speaking cities with numerous museums, restaurants, and shops. End the day with a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant and an overnight stay in Montreal.

DAY 13: Quebec City Day Trip (Saturday) (B, D)

After breakfast drive towards Quebec City (about 3hrs   Visit Montmorency falls (FrenchChute Montmorency) is a large waterfall on the Montmorency River in QuebecCanada After lunch on your own, proceed to the guided city tour of Quebec City. Enjoy a magnificent tour of this 400-year-old city, which was founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain on the banks of the Saint Lawrence River.  Québec City, a UNESCO World Heritage Treasure, is surrounded by gorgeous landscapes. historical, cultural, and outdoor activities and exquisite food. Drive back to Montreal. Dinner at a restaurant and overnight stay in Montreal

DAY 14: Fly back (Sunday) (B)

 Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel (check out time is 11 am). The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to Montreal (YUL) airport. Please check with the bell desk regarding shuttle timings. If you have any early flight & no shuttle is operational, please take a cab on your own. (Shuttle timings are from 5 AM to 9 PM). A packed breakfast option is not available for passengers taking an early flight.

Tour Notes

  • Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details. Please reconfirm the hotel list before your travel date
  • A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers.
    • For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
    • Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that this may incur at the hotel.
  • Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
  • Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
  • Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater.
  • Tours company is not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
  • The hotel will ask for CC at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
  • We charge a late fee for bookings that come in within 10 days of travel. There will be a $25 per person surcharge to be added to the invoice. A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.
  • The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valuable amount before the end of the tour.
  • We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on our own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
  • We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their differences.
  • Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner might be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
  • The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
  • Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather, traffic conditions. and

Time constraints of the bus hrs.

  • Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
  • Tour Company does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
  • Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 2 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
  • Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
  • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
  • In NO event our company is liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Early Check-in can only be requested, they are not guaranteed.
  • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidents that they may incur at the hotel.

Booking Policy:

All bookings need to be received 45 days prior to the departure dates. This is mandatory for Canadian departures.

  • GREATER THAN 35 DAYS – 100% REFUND.
  • 35 – 21 DAYS – 50% REFUND
  • 20 DAYS AND LESS – 0% REFUND.

Cancellation charges are subject to international transfer charges.

Please add USD 35 wire transfer fee per transaction.
