DAY 01 – ARRIVE AT LOS ANGELES:  

Arrive at LAX Airport and call the hotel for the airport shuttle for your transfer to the hotel.  

We will then proceed to Santa Monica from the hotel @ 6 pm. 

Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. Enticing visitors from around the world, Santa Monica includes both mountain and beachfront views. Santa Monica Pier provides an ideal spot for family fun, including amusement rides, a video arcade and restaurants.  Climb aboard the pier’s Ferris wheel or take a spin back in time on a 1920’s carousel. 

After Santa Monica, proceed to Los Angeles for dinner and transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay. (D) 

DAY 02 – DAY TRIP TO CATLINA ISLAND & CITY TOUR  

After our breakfast at the hotel, we’ll meet in the hotel lobby and proceed for a day trip to Catalina Island by Ferry.  

The most common way to get to Catalina Island for the day is by taking a scenic ferry trip. (1 hr. Ferry ride) Once  

you arrive, enjoy a guided tour of the main city of Avalon to help you get your bearings, and You’ll see  

and learn about colorful local attractions as your guide shares interesting Catalina Island history and folklore from  

the comfort of our open-air passenger vehicle. Postcard views abound on this seven-and-a-half-mile journey through scenic Avalon.  

By the end of the nonstop tour, you have a great overview of the town so you can continue exploring on your own. Discover Avalon on this delightful journey along the beachfront, up the hillsides, and through the heart of this friendly and historic town. 

In the evening return by Ferry to Los Angeles & Proceed for an orientation city tour of Los Angeles.  

After the city tour transfer to a restaurant for dinner. After dinner transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay. (B, D) 

DAY 3 – WARNER BROS. STUDIO TOUR & TO SAN LUIS OBISPO:

 Check out of the hotel and proceed for Warner Bros. Studio Tour.

Go behind the lens and get closer than ever to the movie magic and TV moments you love. Explore sets, props, and costumes from Friends, the DC Universe, Harry Potter and more. See the Friends Fountain. Explore Backlots. Props From Your Movies. You’ll explore one of the busiest working studios in Los Angeles with one of our expert Tour Guides, who will take you behind the scenes of the studio that has been entertaining the world for nearly 100 years. 

After the tour, we will leave by 4 pm from Los Angeles and drive to San Luis Obispo.  (Approximately 4 hrs. drive)  

Upon arrival at San Luis Obispo dinner at a restaurant. After dinner, transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay. (B, D) 

DAY 4 – SAN LUIS OBISPO – SAN FRANCISCO VIA MONTEREY – CARMEL BY THE SEA  

After breakfast check out of the hotel and drive towards San Francisco via Monterey & 17 Mile Drive. (Approximately 4 hrs. drive) 

We will travel on scenic California’s Pacific Coast Highway to the beautiful Monterey Peninsula, famous for its   spectacular ocean views, and historical past. We will drive along the famous 17-mile drive and see Pebble Beach. Photo stops will be made along this gorgeous drive.  

We will arrive at San Francisco, proceed to dinner, and then check into hotel.  Overnight in San Francisco. (B, D)  

DAY 05 – SAN FRANCISCO CITY TOUR WITH BAY CRUISE/SILICON VALLEY  

 Meet in the hotel lobby and proceed to Silicon Valley after breakfast

Silicon Valley is the hub of the high-tech revolution, it has become synonymous with larger-than-life entrepreneurs, overnight fortunes, high-flying companies, and the   dazzling digital products that transform the lives of billions of people from Tokyo to Timbuktu. We will take you to the Apple Employee Store, Facebook and Oracle. Please note that we will only be visiting areas where the public has general access. 

After the tour we will meet with the tour guide for a guided tour of the city of San Francisco. Enjoy the narrated tour with photo stops and enjoy great views and famous attractions such as the Golden Gate Bridge. Travel through the Golden Gate Park and enjoy seasonal flower displays, bison grazing and pass windmills overlooking the Pacific.  Enjoy neighborhoods dotted with colorful Victorian homes. Learn about San Francisco’s early settlements, from Native Americans to Spanish missionaries and the frenzied days of the gold rush as you drive through the once infamous Barbary Coast. 

Your entry to the Golden Gate Bay Cruise boat tour is included. The Bay Cruise is San Francisco’s original bay cruise adventure, sailing since 1939. You can experience superb views of the notorious Alcatraz Island and Golden gate bridge. You’ll learn about this city’s rich cultural history as you cruise past the area’s most famous landmarks. 

After the bay cruise we will proceed to dinner and later to hotel for overnight stay (B, D)

DAY 06 – Redwoods and California Wine Country Tour  

After Breakfast, take a trip out of San Francisco for the day, and enjoy two of our most popular tour excursions combined in one day! Visit Muir Woods and Wine Country. 

The canopy of coastal redwoods soaring above will stimulate all your senses as you journey through a piece of   ancient California history. You will never forget the crisp, fresh redwood fragrance that will surround you on your  

journey to the majestic Muir Woods National Monument. 

Next, we drive through the beautiful town of Sausalito, the seaside Mediterranean-like village harbored across the San Francisco Bay and famous for its sweeping views, on our way to Wine Country. 

Everyone knows California’s Napa Valley has some of the best wineries in the world, but it’s so much more than just wine. Napa Valley is a world-class Wine Country filled with extraordinary culinary experiences, stunning mountains and vineyards, and amazing art. As the vine-covered hillsides come into view, you will visit one of our favorite wineries with a hosted tour of the property, explore the grounds & winemaking facilities, and then enjoy a wine tasting with up to 3 wines. Learn the history and sustainable practices in this behind the scenes look of Cline. 

Note: This is an over 21-year-old only experience. Kids are permitted in wineries with adult attendance, but they won’t be able to do any tasting or activity.  

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic drive back over the Golden Gate Bridge and into San Francisco as the sun slowly starts to set into the Pacific Ocean. 

We will arrive at San Francisco, proceed to dinner, and then check into hotel.  Overnight in San Francisco. (B, D)  

DAY 07 – SAN FRANCISCO – LAKE TAHOE  

After breakfast check out of the hotel and drive towards Lake Tahoe. (Approximately 4 hrs. drive) 

On arrival at Lake Tahoe, we will proceed for an orientation tour of Lake Tahoe, Explore Lake Tahoe’s dazzlingly blue waters and stunning mountainous backdrop with this orientation tour! Drive around the entirety of the lake as you  

learn about its origins, admire its breathtaking vistas, and dive into its Gilded Age history. Stop at Emerald Bay State Park and Sand Harbor for gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. It is the base village at the legendary Squaw Valley Ski Resort and explore Tahoe City. 

Evening dinner at a restaurant and then check into the hotel.  

Overnight in Lake Tahoe (B, D)  

DAY 08 – LAKE TAHOE – FRESNO  

Check out of the hotel and drive towards Fresno (Approximately 6 hrs.  drive).

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic drive to Freno.  

Upon arrival at Fresno, check into the hotel. 

evening dinner at a restaurant. After dinner, transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.  (B, D) 

DAY 09 – YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK TOUR  

After Breakfast, take a trip to Yosemite National Park for the day. (Approximately 1.30 hrs. drive) 

Yosemite National Park is the “Crown Jewel” of the National Parks system! Enjoy this 1-day trip to one of the nation’s oldest National Parks. Experience the majesty of this world 

famous Yosemite National Park and join us as we take you on an unforgettable journey into the heart of Yosemite Valley. 

The Yosemite Valley Floor Tour is approximately 2 hours long and can be enjoyed during the warm months in an open-air tram, and during the colder months from the comfort of a heated motor coach with panoramic windows. Led by park rangers and Yosemite Hospitality naturalists, you’ll get to see all the highlights at Yosemite, as you learn about the history, flora, and fauna throughout the park. 

We will drive back to Fresno. (Approximately 1.30 hrs. drive), proceed to dinner and then check into the hotel.  

Overnight in Fresno. (B, D)  

DAY 10 – DEPARTURE FROM LAX AIRPORT – (B) 

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out of the hotel at 9 AM and proceed to LAX airport for your flight back home or to your next destination.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

• There is a mandatory charge of minimum $5 per person per day towards driver’s tips to be paid directly to the driver/tour manager on day 1. This cannot be prepaid. 
• Time wise itinerary is given to make your trip most enjoyable and should be followed religiously. 
• All bookings that are received within 14 days of the tour are subject to a $35 per person Service Fee. 
• Size of the vehicle will vary based on the number of pax. 
• The passengers requiring wheelchair assistance should make their own arrangements for the wheelchair and inform us 2 weeks prior.  
• Hotel breakfast is included at the hotel and cannot be packed. Breakfast may not be open if clients have early flights/tours. 
• Due to covid, some services and amenities may be modified, limited unavailable. 
• Due to covid, Full American breakfast may not be available at hotels, they may have grab n go, Plated, continental or plated option available.
• Surcharges for weekends and conventions may apply for any trade fair/special event in city. 
• To ensure the highest quality and services, registration forms must be completed in full.  
• Hotels will require your credit card / cash for the security deposit.
• Child age → 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
• All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking.
• Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park, Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter) 
• Early check-in requests will be taken on a first come first serve basis however cannot be guaranteed unless prior night has been prepaid.  
• We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours, and transfer of equal or higher standards. 
• No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in the above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
• We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
• Payment for the tour must be made as per the invoice & payment terms & conditions. 

Payment Terms: 

• 50% deposit to be paid at the time of the booking. 
• 50% Balance payment to be made 60 days prior to the date of travel.
• Refundable registration fee of $50 per person at the time of booking.
• Early Bird special – Registration fee will be waived if tour is booked before March 15, 2025

• 59 – 45 days – 25% of tour cost, cancellation fee  
• 44 -30 days – 75% of tour cost, cancellation fee  
• 30 days or less – 100% of tour cost, cancellation fee
