  • We provide complimentary airport pick-up from JFK AIRPORT and LaGuardia Airport to the Hotel at Times Square.
  • For Newark (EWR) Airport, the additional transfer cost is as follows: Sedan (2 passengers): $45; Van (up to 4 passengers): $75.
  • Once you reach the baggage claim, please call the driver’s number provided on the voucher. The driver will inform you of the meeting point.
  • Meet and greet is available at an additional cost of $45 in New York Airports.

When you check into the Luxurious property, experience a world-class New York hotel in the center of the world’s most visited tourist attraction area of New York.

At the hotel, check in at 4 PM in NY. The Hotel will ask for Credit cards for incidentals. The Hotel will accept Credit cards in the guest’s name only.

The only cards accepted are international credit/debit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discovery Card.

The Hotel will release the hold from the Credit card within three weeks in case of no incidental charges. Everyone takes a zero-balance statement at check out.

Next, drive to THE MILLS AT JERSEY GARDENS, the largest shopping mall in New Jersey with more than 200 stores.

Enjoy a Lunch at one of the many restaurants on your own in the food court.

Drive to Philadelphia (approximately 1-1/2 hours’ drive without traffic)

Fun Fact- PHILADELPHIA, the largest city in Pennsylvania, is also known as America’s first world heritage city and the nation’s number one historical city.

Day: 4 – Sunday -Washington, D.C.-Harrisburg (B, D)

The next stop is on the National Harbor. Enjoy the easy ride of DC New Attraction -The Capitol wheel ride,

Day: 5 – Monday Harrisburg – Niagara Falls Buffalo, NY (B, D)

After breakfast, proceed to do the PENNSYLVANIA CAPITOL TOUR “THE HANDSOMEST BUILDING.” The Pennsylvania State Capitol is the seat of government for the U.S. state of Pennsylvania and is in downtown Harrisburg.

Drive to Corning to check out the World’s most comprehensive Glass collection at CORNING MUSEUM OF GLASS. The museum brings the glass to life by having live demonstrations.

Proceed to Niagara Falls (Approximately 3 hours from Corning).

After Dinner at an Indian restaurant, we will proceed to the ILLUMINATION OF NIAGARA FALLS AT NIGHT -This illumination includes a range of colors that alternate throughout the evening and shine over all of Niagara Falls. Check into the hotel.

Day: 6 – Tuesday -Niagara Falls Buffalo, NY (B, D)

There will be no coach services today. 

Afterward, walk to MAID OF THE MIST to take a closer look at the Bridal veil falls in a boat ride on the river.

Proceed to CAVE OF THE WINDS, where you will take an elevator ride- 175 feet below to get a firsthand feel of the Power of Falls.

Geared up in a souvenir rain poncho, guests follow wooden walkways along Niagara River to the Hurricane Deck. Carry an extra pair of clothes as you will get wet.

Enjoy a Lunch at one of the many restaurants in the food court.

Enjoy free evening on own and enjoy walking near falls and exploring.

Tour Notes

  • Tour manager contact details will be available to you one week before departure.
  • Valid roaming / What’s App contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers and for other needed services.
  • For all passengers’ comfort, we request travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase). Our coach can accommodate only one big and one small bag per person.
  • For air travel, please check baggage quantity and size with your airline.
  • Check-in time at the Hotel is 4 p.m., while the check-out is 11 a.m.
  • Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective Hotel and pay on their own.
  • The standard room is with a king-size bed. The maximum occupancy is 4 per room. We will book a room with two double beds for three or four passengers. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with two beds. Our hotel pricing includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers must pay for any additional incidentals they may incur at the Hotel. (American Hotels has 2 Beds in one room at maximum.)
  • Water bottles and kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
  • Hotels are subject to change in case of acts of God, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities; in case of hotel changes, we will notify you.
  • Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 7 p.m. East.
  • We have a couple of locations where restaurants are within walking distance from the Hotel. Seating Arrangements in the bus will be first come, first serve.
  • The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. It can be 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours below 15 passengers, we will have a Driver who will act as a Tour leader.
  • If the group size is 15 or less, all Breakfast and Dinner will be on the set menu (no buffet) and brought to the table. We request the passengers to follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
  • We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This vacation package is open to everyone.
  • The Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Comfortable Walking shoes are recommended.
  • A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.

  • Surcharge for booking confirmed within 20 days of travel-

    • A surcharge of $50 per person for bookings on Dbl Occupancy and $100 Per person will be added to Sng Occupancy – for all bookings that are confirmed within ten days of travel. Sometimes, the Hotels sold out. In those cases, the additional charge will vary.
